Refund policy
We do not offer refunds once an order enters production.
If your order has not shipped and we exceed the estimated shipping timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
Estimated shipping timeframes:
- Domestic Orders: 4–6 weeks
- International Orders: 6–8 weeks
Once your order has been shipped and is in transit, it is no longer eligible for a refund, even if the package has not yet been delivered or the delivery takes longer than expected.
Shipping delays that occur after the package has been handed over to the carrier are outside of our control.
